Q : Do we offering wholesale price ?
A : Yes. We do offer for wholesale price. Mail me if you are interested. The lowest price is available when ordering the largest quantity of a product. This benefits apply to online purchase only for the moment and selected products (more will be added from time to time).

Q : Is there any discount for purchase above certain amount?
A : Sorry, no.

Q : Is there a minimum order?
A : No, you can order any quantity.

Q : I have a question, how do I contact you?
A : We will be happy to answer any question you may have, please email us: jcbead@yahoo.com.my. Please note that we currently do not offer phone/IM support.

Q : Why should i purchase online at the first place? Do i enjoy any discount?
A : Shopping online is extremely convenient. You save your valuable traveling Time, Petrol, Parking Fees and Toll Fees.

Q : I'm a newbie to online shopping, can you teach me how to start shopping online?
A : Online shopping is just as easy as you were shopping in local Hypermarket like Giant or Carrefour. We would suggest you to read 'about' at the navigation bar.

Q : How long will you take to process my order?
A : Your order will normally be shipped out within 1 - 2 working days for ready stock clothing and jewelry. We strive for our best to ship out your goods on the same day for payment received before 12:00pm. However, this is not guaranteed. Tracking number will be advised once we have shipped out your goods.

Q : What method do you use for shipping?
A : For local orders, we use POSLAJU AND SKYNET only. For international orders, we use Registered Air Mail or DHL Express

Q : What are your shipping rates?
A : For domestic orders, we charge a flat rate for POSLAJU(no weight limit) of RM6 for orders ship to West Malaysia and RM9 to East Malaysia. For international orders, shipping rates are determined by method prefered and actual weight, to be advised after you have checked out your order.

Q : What happens if an item is out of stock?
A : If an item is not in stock when you order, you offer you the option to refund or replace with similar item by asking your permission before shipping out your goods.

Q : What shall i do if i don't receive my goods after you have shipped out our goods?
A : It normally take 1 working day for POSLAJU to deliver your goods to your door. Some areas might need 1 extra working day. For tracking purpose, you may visit their official website or call the SKYNET service center nearest to your area. You may found their contact number at their website too.

STEP-BY-STEP Ordering Procedure :

3.We will reply to you for your order immediately.

4.After you received the email from us, please proceed for payment immediately.

5.Orders will be released if there is no payment made within 3days upon confirmation.

6.Once payment is made, please INFORM us by email to jcbead@yahoo.com.my or SMS to 0199151212 immediately. Goods to be delivered ONLY when email or SMS notification is received.

7.After we received the notification, good will be arrange to send to your door.

1) Poslaju: Peninsular Malaysia :RM6
Sabah, Sarawak :RM9

2) Courier Service : Peninsular Malaysia : RM8
Sabah & Sarawak : RM12

All our delivery will be handled by PosLaju Malaysia.
Once the delivery sent out, we will email the tracking number to you.

Terms and Conditions (FOR JEWELRY) :

1) Goods sold are not returnable & refundable. All goods are inspected and checked before sending out.

2) If you found loose beads or missed jewelry findings, please email me at jcbead@yahoo.com immediately.

3) Good delivered within 4-6 working days upon payment was made.

4) Order is deemed to be cancelled immediately if no payment received within 5 days from order confirmation date unless the buyer has given a notice.

Terms and Conditions (FOR CLOTHING):

1)For Ready Stock Product : - Please allow 3-5 working days to deliver the item(s) to your doorstep after you place the order.

2)For Pre-order Product :- It is batch orders import from overseas. Please allow us 3 weeks times to deliver the item(s) to your doorstep.

3)Measurement is taken with garment lying on flat surface (in cm). Kindly noted that acceptable error in measurement is +/- 1 to 2 cm. The actual colour might be slightly difference due to lighting.

4)If the item(s) that you order is out of stock, you may choose to change color or change to another item which is the same price with the price you paid. There is no refundable of cash.

5)Strictly for serious buyers only. Please arrange payment within 48 hours after place an order to avoid run out of stock. Order will release after 48 hours if we do not received any payment from you.

6)Goods sold are not returnable & refundable. All goods are inspected and checked before sending out.

7)All customers agree the above mentioned clauses and under the terms and conditions.
